First 30 minutes: due diligence when you have plot data

The first section is aimed at companies who already have collected plot data and want to perform an EUDR deforestation and legal check.

Even if you have plot geolocation data, you still have to demonstrate that the palm grown inside them was both deforestation-free after the cut-off date and produced legally.

Leo and Sofi will show how to upload your sourcing polygons into Plot Check and generate deforestation, legality and compliance results, which you can review and prepare a Due Diligence Report and geojson file for submission to TRACES. We will cover what the output actually tells you, what a potentially non-compliant plot looks like, and how to keep checking the same plots month after month.

Second 30 minutes: Mill list-based risk assessment

Whether you have polygons are not, you must still conduct a risk assessment. In the second half of the webinar, Leo and Sofi will walk through:

• Estimated traceability to plantation — our proprietary model links your mills to our global database of plots and estates using proximity and group relationships, so you can see the likely sourcing area behind each mill.
• Risk Insights — expert-reviewed reports with high-resolution satellite evidence documenting deforestation events, their causes, and their supply chain links. Evidence, not just pixels.
• The grievance database — Land conflicts, labour disputes, fires, peat conversion and human rights cases all feed legality risk, and we link them directly to your mills list.
• Mill risk ratings — a way to rank where your exposure actually sits, so mitigation goes to the mills that need it.

The point of the section is not the individual features. It is how you combine them into a documented, defensible risk assessment and a develop a mitigation plan, should be audited by a competent authority
